為協助小六同學應對最後一次英文科呈分試，本校特設精讀課程，由經驗豐富的英文科教師團隊設計，重點強化考試常見題型及應試技巧。
To help Primary 6 students prepare for their final English Internal Assessment, our school is offering a S1 Discretionary Places - P6 English Internal Assessment Enhancement Course. Designed by our experienced English teaching team, it focuses on key exam question types and strategies to help students face the exam with confidence.

課程大綱 / Course Outline

單元一：文法與詞彙鞏固
Module 1: Grammar & Vocabulary

• 形容詞比較級與最高級運用
  • Adjectives: comparative and superlative forms
• 重點時態複習：現在進行時、簡單過去時、將來時 (will)、現在完成時
  • Tenses: Present Continuous, Simple Past, Future with 'will', Present Perfect
• 主題詞彙擴展：自然世界、食物、節日、體育
  • Vocabulary Building: Thematic units on the natural world, food, festivals, and sport

單元二：閱讀理解
Module 2: Reading & Comprehension Skills

• 跨學科篇章理解訓練
  • Cross-curricular Texts: Analysis of a variety of texts to develop comprehension skills and broaden knowledge.
• 提升信息評鑑能力，學會辨別不同來源的內容
  • Information Literacy: Skills to critically evaluate information from different sources.

單元三及四：寫作技巧與綜合應用
Module 3 & 4: Writing & Composition Excellence

• 結構化寫作指導：描述文、比較文、看圖寫作及故事創作
  • Structured Writing: Guided practice in writing descriptions, comparisons, and stories based on visual and textual prompts.
• 整合所學技巧，進行模擬題型練習
  • Integrated skills practice and mock question drills.

1. 報名方法 / Application Method:
   • 到本校提交中一自行分配學位申請時，可同時遞交本課程參加意願。
     • You may submit your intention to join this course when handing in the S1 Discretionary Place application form in person at our school.
   • 如以網上平台「中一派位電子平台」遞交申請表者，本校會另行聯絡家長確認是否參加本課程。
     • For applicants who submit the form via the " SSPA e-Platform ", we will contact parents separately to confirm their participation in this course.

2.     所有申請本校中一自行分配學位的學生均可參加本課程。

• All applicants for our S1 Discretionary Places are eligible to join this course.

3.     此課程旨在支援學生備考，學生可自由選擇參加。參與與否絕不影響中一自行分配學位的申請及評分。

• This course is designed to support student learning. Participation is entirely voluntary, and it will not affect the application or scoring for S1 Discretionary Places.
